individuals for various tasks and job assignments. Based
on their requirements, they advertise the vacancies.
From those who apply, the employers contact eligible
and qualified applicants for interviews and the selection
process. Even at the time of hiring, there are certain
federal, state and local laws to which employers have
to abide. They cannot be biased toward or against
particular applicants because of their race, sex,
religion, national origin, physical disability, marital
status, or age.
