Hiring an Employee

It is the first stage of an employment relationship. Employers feel the need for hiring one or more individuals for various tasks and job assignments. Based on their requirements, they advertise the vacancies. From those who apply, the employers contact eligible and qualified applicants for interviews and the selection process. They cannot be biased toward or against particular applicants because of their race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, marital status, or age.
