Protesting Denial of Promotion

It is unlawful to deny promotion to an employee because of his or her protected status. Denying employment opportunities, like promotion to a person because of marriage to, or association with, an individual of a particular race, religion, national origin, gender, or an individual with a disability, is discriminatory practice under both federal and state laws. If you believe you were denied your due promotion because of your protected status, put forward your protest to the relevant authority in the organization through this letter, 'Protesting Denial of Promotion'.
