Filing Claim Against Discriminatory Pay

The equal pay provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. ' 206(d) ("Equal Pay Act" or "EPA"), require an employer to provide equal pay for men and women who perform equal work within an "establishment," unless the difference is based on a factor other than sex. If your employer is not adhering to the Equal Pay Act, use this form, 'Filing Claim against Discriminatory Pay' to put forward your complaint with your State's Department of Labor (DOL).
